"Simply the best customer service! My Escape was making the strangest clicking sound every time I started it up, and no amount of googling helped me figure out what was wrong. I took it to here, and they figured out the problem quickly and were upfront about what was wrong and how much it’d cost to fix it. The vehicle starts perfectly now; I won’t hesitate to come back."
